Michelle Noonan Psychology

Reflective supervision for psychologists working with eating disorders, body image and early career practice.

Welcome. I am a Clinical Psychologist, board-approved supervisor, and educator in postgraduate psychology education, with extensive experience in private practice and the treatment of eating disorders, body image concerns and trauma.

I offer supervision for psychologists and other clinicians seeking a reflective, supportive and clinically grounded space to deepen their work. This includes supervision in eating disorders and body image, as well as general supervision for early-career psychologists wanting to strengthen formulation, build confidence and develop a thoughtful, steady clinical practice.

My approach to supervision is collaborative, attuned and tailored to your level of experience, learning style and professional goals. Supervision can provide space for case discussion, formulation, treatment planning, ethical reflection, risk considerations, and the relational and emotional impact of the work. I aim to offer a space that supports both clinical depth and the reflective capacity needed to work sustainably with complexity.

For clinicians working with eating disorders, supervision may focus on assessment, formulation, evidence-informed treatment, risk management, ambivalence, body image work, and the emotional or trauma-related patterns that can sit beneath symptoms. For early-career psychologists, supervision can support the transition into independent practice, helping you develop clarity, confidence and a stronger sense of your own clinical voice.

Supervision is available individually and can be offered in person or online, depending on availability.
